Christmas Post Fundraiser

Welcome to the organiser hub for the Scout Group's Christmas Post. This site keeps track of volunteer assignments for leaflet drops, the card collection day, and final deliveries.

Volunteers can browse the latest assignments on the Volunteer Dashboard. Leaders can manage assignments using their secret access link.

Event Timeline

• Leaflet Drop: Deliver promotional leaflets to every participating street ahead of card collection day.
• Card Pick-Up: Collect cards from public drop-off points on 14 December.
• Card Delivery: Deliver sorted cards to homes in the days following collection.

Volunteering

1. Check the dashboard for streets needing coverage.
2. Contact the organising leader to volunteer for a slot.
3. Leaders will confirm assignments and mark progress as tasks are completed.
